Simply place "AROMA de Camp" and the scent of the forest will gently spread.
When you drip aroma oil onto the firewood, the scent that has permeated the natural wood will slowly waft through the air, creating a moment that feels like you are relaxing in the forest.

 

 

Because it does not use fire or electricity, it can be used safely indoors. The small fire pit-shaped stand is small enough to be placed in an everyday space such as on a desk or shelf, and is soothing not only to the eye but also to the nose.

 

The aroma and ease of firewood intact

 

 

The firewood is made from hardwood, using parts that would normally be discarded, such as thinned wood and pruned branches. It is tied together using the same knots used for outdoor bundling, and the moisture content of the firewood is kept below 20%.

 

 

Its compact size fits in a business card case, making it easy to carry. Furthermore, with the optional grate, it can be used in real camping scenes. The fire pit stand is made of rust-resistant stainless steel, allowing you to easily enjoy the world of miniature camping.

 

The bounty of the forest, carefully crafted by hand

 

 

The materials used are fresh thinned wood obtained through sustainable forest management that does not put a strain on the mountains. By staying in tune with the rhythm of nature and making use of the natural fragrance and beauty of wood, we are able to create products that are kind to both forests and people.

 

 

Each piece of firewood is split by hand, and each fire pit is polished by a craftsman, resulting in a warm, solid feel and ease of use. The fragrance and design are imbued with the care that can only be found in hand-made products, something that cannot be found in mass production.

しんち林業　進地由佳さん

 

略歴

メーカー内勤職・通信会社営業職を経て、夫が営む「しんち林業」の仕事を手伝った際に、伐採直後の木の“生きた香り”に衝撃を受け、白山の木を使ったアロマづくりを開始。試作を重ね、林業から生まれる素材を活かした香りのブランドを立ち上げる。

 

ものづくりで大切にしていること

伐採後にしか生まれない、木の「本当の香り」をそのまま届けること。
何十回もの試作でも妥協せず、「感動したあの瞬間の香り」に近づけるために作り続ける。
地元・白山の木と水だけでつくり、その土地の空気まで感じられる本物の香りを目指している。

 

仕事観・人生観

自分が“心から良い”と思うものは、自分の手でつくる――小さな頃から身につけた姿勢を今も貫く。外に頼れば早いことでも、手を動かし続けることでしか生まれない納得がある。
香りを通じて、木の命の価値を伝え、白山の自然を未来に残していくことを仕事の使命と捉えている。

 

ストーリー紹介

進地さんは地元の自然を感じてほしいという想いでアロマ作りを行っている。アロマはもちろん、モノづくりにすら携わったことがなかったため、1から自分で調べたり聞いたりしながら形にした。その根底には、モノづくりを行っていた両親の存在がある。決していい加減な仕事はせず、本物のモノづくりにこだわる両親の姿を見て進地さんは育ったのだ。
