A small surprise after a bath

After a bath, I spread pure cream on my child's skin. Surrounded by the subtle scent of yuzu, he smiles happily and says, "It smells nice." I then hurried back to the kitchen and started preparing dinner, when I suddenly noticed that his fingertips were more moist than usual, even though he had washed his hands.
